Toy Soldiers

The river was wide and dangerous, but it was neither wide nor dangerous enough to keep the Red Knight from his conquest.

The Blue Knight knew that, come morning, the colour red would be victorious one way or another: Red Knight would take his castle, or blood would stain his sword.

Red Knight knew the same.

Morning came and Red Knight had conquered the blue water. Now all that was left was to conquer the Blue Knight.

Weapons clashed amidst the ferns and sand. The ringing of metal and the cracking of bone echoed through the forest. Suddenly all went silent...save for one final "splash!"

Blue Knight was victorious; Red Knight's blood turned blue water to red.

  5. ha! Wonderful. Nicely done.

Of course, to my eye, that stream calls out for some old-school Adventure People. More precisely, my favorite North Woods Trailblazers.

  7. LPM - thanks!

LEon - yes, quality time, but not a trip too far - these pictures were all taken right behind my house!

Arkonbey - my cousin had that set! I had the deep sea diver with octopus. Good times. I'll have to track some of those down again!

Brian - thanks! Sometimes you just gotta take your toys outside. :)

  11. haha thanks Jay! I honestly don't have to go more than ten feet from my house for the landscapes. On a down side, I have to travel almost an hour to buy toys. You can't have it all lol!
