Oswald Cobblepot, aka Penguin, from Batman the animated series. This is the later redesign, after the Penguin that was modeled after Batman Returns.
So much more in line with his classic comic book look and original appearance, this is Oswald at his finest.

this is a fine version of the penguin, even though I'm still partial to the Super Powers version. I do appreciate the fact that it looks like the Batman Returns figure mixed with the original Animated Series version like you mentioned.

ReplyDeleteThis one was kind of tough to find, wasn't it? I think it came in a Toys R Us 4-pack and then later as a single carded figure. I passed on the 4-pack but ended up finding the single at Big Lots.

Brian - I seem to recall the four pack too - but I also got him as a single from Big Lots.
