I've owned this AzBats for a couple years now, but am only now blogging about him!
I believe Azrael Batman here was the last DCUC figure I actively pursued until the recent slew of cool Batman Unlimited figures like the Batman of Zur Ehn Arrh and The Dark Knight Returns Batman.
I'm surprised I ever did find this guy to be honest - After months and months of this toy being in the 'marketplace' and me wishing to find it like a normal person, you know, at a store!!!! and seeing all the cool kids find it and blog about it before me, I finally procured a DCUC AzBats from an actual honest to goodness retail establishment! For an honest to goodness retail price!
The left leg was of course wonky in package, something that is always expected from Mattel, but otherwise the figure looked fine on the shelf...exceptional actually...dare I say...flawless...until I got it home and looked much closer at the belt.
THE DAMN THING IS ON UPSIDE-DOWN! I know he's a Bat-imposter, but he's not Batzarro fer cryin' out loud!!!
Dammit Mattel, can't you get ANYTHING right? Bad enough his gauntlet/scallops/bat-thingamajig-wrist-whatevers are wrong and were wrong from the point of design forward yet no one caught the problem, but now my AzBats is dropping smoke pellets and flash-bang grenades and his Ritalin all over the street every time he swigs through Gotham because his stupid utility belt pouches are UPSIDE-FREAKIN-DOWN!
Whatever. He is very cool nonetheless and I am glad to have him in my collection.
AzBats is a great looking figure and the first blue/grey 'almost final iteration' AzBats action figure ever as far as I am aware.
A repainted two-pack version was around for a while, but I never saw it at retail. Apparently it later ended up at discount stores like Ross for super cheap too - I also did not find it there either! I'd love to have found AzBats in his FINAL final iteration and maybe with his belt on correct too, and for CHEAP, but you can't have everything I suppose. I'll stay content with the blue/grey version of this costume.
The two pack re-paint re-release also came with a Bruce batman with some battle damage...
Methinks Batman in a wheelchair would have been more apropos:

Harley Qwednesday :: Harley's Latest Ride
Introducing my latest Harley Quinn vehicle creation: The Harley Quinn Rolls-Overyerface.
I actually built this months ago. I like to make Harley a new vehicle from time to time, and this is the latest on display in my home.
A pie splattin' hammer heads up the front, so you better not get in the way!
The dual side exhaust really purr. Scratch that - actually, they sound more like the chuckle of a madwoman.
SPLAT!
No Harley Quinn vehicle would be complete without WMDs dangerously close to the heads of passengers and passerbys, and the Rolls-Overyerface is no exception!
There is even room for friends...I mean fiends...on the stepsides!
The Rolls-Overyerface is pretty cool, I'm not entirely happy with the front wheels and think it needs more weaponry. I may do some alterations to it, or I may end up scrapping it and making Harley an all new vehicle soon, like I've done so many times before.
Until then: 'To Gotham First National - but before that...anyone up for some Shwarma?'

Mixed Up Zoo Animals - The Complete Collection
If you're interested, the whole story on the Mixed Up Zoo Animals and my years long quest to 'catch them all', as well as tons of pictures of mine and others' figures, is all detailed over at my blog Rabbagator.blogspot.com
I've had a full set of Mixed Up Zoo Animals aka MUZAs for a year or two now, but I've never photographed them all together. I like taking their picture with B'Wana Beast, since they are just the types of freakish creatures he'd create with his weird superpower!
I have one of each animal made, and I'm proud to have a few in package (a rare sight) - Kittiorse, Liolope and Kangaboar, as well as a tagged example: Ostraphant. I'm extremely proud of this collection, due in no small part to the fact that zero information on these toys existed on the internet before I took up my mad quest to track them all down.
And to think it was all thanks to this silly guy right here - the one that sparked my imagination over 30 years ago when I first encountered him and again about ten years ago when I took up the quest to find him again: The Rabbagator:
Sure, we all have our Lukes and He-Mans and Batmans in our collections, those toys that we had and played with and loved as a kid and re-acquired as adults; but I think we all have a 'Rabbagator' too - that one oddball unknown unlicensed non commercial toy we loved for who knows why but loved anyways, but have near zero information about as adults. Our 'Rosebuds.'
I was lucky enough to find mine, and to help others discover the coll madness that is MUZAs along the way.
Here's hoping you find yours someday too!

Poisunday Ivy :: Lego Poison Ivy - The Original
This is the original version of Lego Poison Ivy, released in 2006 in the Arkham Asylum set Number 7785. I don't have the set, but I now have the Poison Ivy minifigure and that's good enough for me!
