Converse have been pumping out some great
DC Superhero themed
All Stars lately in both low and high top styles. Seeing as how I love my
Chucks and they are pretty much the only shoes I wear, I'd totally wear some of the
Batman ones; in fact there are many styles I'd wear if I was willing to shell out $60 plus for a pair of shoes that are essentially socks with soles (which I am not.) Oh well.
While I wouldn't wear these
Poison Ivy low tops myself, they are currently on sale at
their website for $39.99, down from $60, and that's a little more reasonably priced (but still ridiculous.) I just might get my daughter a pair for her birthday or something, since they are pretty cool!
