Catwoman Purrrsday :: Silver Age Catwoman Action Figure

As seen at New York Comic Con - an upcoming Silver/Bronze Age Catwoman action figure from the Batman: Legacy line by Mattel.

I've always liked this Catwoman costume, as absolutely impractical as it is, so it's cool to see it get some attention in this line.

    Absolutely impractical? Surely not. In fact, an argument could be made that it's one of the most practical. See Adam West's comments about Yvonne Craig's Batgirl costume (she could not sit down without stretching the costume in ways that left bags at the knees and butt), which presumably applied also to Julie's, Lee's and Eartha's Catwoman costumes.

    Brian Bolland did a nice job with the cover for Ed Brubaker's book, didn't he?

      Good point - having her legs freed up as such would help quite a bit during the rooftop chases! And yes, Bolland's work is superb!
