That's all, freaks!

I LOVE this!

I hate posting art without credit to the creator, but I don't know who made this. If you do, leave me a message so I can give proper credit etc.

So much awesome packed into this movie!

Suckerpunch. I don't yet know anything about this movie except what I see here in the trailer. I see small skirts, strippers, dragons, nazis, zeppelins, samurai, an insane asylum, and did I mention small skirts?

I need know nothing else.

Oscar committee, I submit to you the best film of 2011.

Somebody save me...

I have followed Smallville from day one. And as good, bad or indifferent as the episodes have been all these years, as a whole for nine seasons (with a tenth and final on it's way) it has been one heck of a fabulous fanboy ride and I've loved every single minute of it.

Here is a video shot at the San Diego Comic Con recapping nine seasons and previewing the tenth. The quality isn't the best but huge thanks to whoever took it. Not only can we see some great moments old and new, but I personally can't help but share the enthusiasm of the crowd.

Bring on season 10. I can't wait.

How much is that AFA graded Wonderbread He-Man in the window?

Toyriffic reader InterGalacticGangster recently emailed me asking if I would let all you fine folks out there know that he is putting his AFA graded Wonderbread He-Man up for sale.

No sweat; I am here to serve.

So here are some pics, and if you are interested or want more details contact InterGalacticGangster at bayoulogical@hotmail.com.

Kiss my Arcee

I was lucky enough to spot this Transformers Animated Arcee at Toys R Us the other day. I wasn't in the spot to buy her at the moment, so I hid her on the Tonka truck aisle and when I returned today she was still where I had stashed her; so now she's mine!

Although she first appeared during the G1 era in the Transformers animated movie, Arcee has not had a proper figure made of her until now. Sure, there have been a few Arcees released before, but never one that transforms into the vehicle and robot mode that so closely matches the character as she was originally presented.

Arcee's vehicle mode is very G1 Cybertoronian. She is reminiscent of Hot Rod with that futuristic vehicle vibe she's got going on.

Her robot mode is excellent. Even though it is representative of the stylized Transformers Animated look, she still very closely resembles her appearance in the animated Transformers Movie from the mid eighties. In addition, she's not overly sexualized, yet she's still very feminine. That's a plus.

This Transformers Animated Arcee is seriously the best we've gotten and likely the closest we Transformer fans will ever get to an "accurate" Arcee.

She comes with two swords that stow away in her shoulder mounts. Arcee is also super posable and an excellent action figure alone, regardless of the fact that she also turns into an awesome futuristic vehicle.

Her transformation is pretty simple, and the look of both the vehicle and the robot modes are excellent and convincing.

Arcee is a Toys R Us exclusive figure for a cartoon that is now defunct, so good luck finding one. When I spotted her there were two on the shelf. I hid this one and when I returned the other was gone. I doubt she'll be available in abundance or for very long, so if you see her and want her I advise you to get her on the spot...or find an excellent hiding spot to return to later!

Apparently I'm wordy and weird. I guess I can agree with that assessment.

This train's got the disappearing railroad blues.

My daughter had her Fisher Price Little People lined up and waiting for the train. The smiling faces and bright colors were so appealing, I just had to take a picture.

Here she is taking over the living room. And the TV. Although I have to admit that iCarly show is surprisingly charming and humorous. Who knew?

I handed the camera over to my daughter and she took a couple shots herself. Here's one of the chickens in the hay loft.

And here's one she took of Tracker Smurf making some cakes.

This shot is a little blurry; that circus train must have been rumbling by pretty fast!

He's a cold hearted snake, look into his eyes...

...oh oh, he's been tellin' lies!

Among last weekend's MOTU swap meet haul was my third (still haven't posted about my second) Remco Warrior Beast!

This guy's official name is Snakeman. Those guys at Remco were freaking geniuses!

His head sculpt is actually pretty cool, too bad there's nothin by way of paint application except the yellow in the eyes.

He came with a sword in his hand but I don't think it's original to the toy. You tell him.

He's also got an epic tail. Looks like mine has been attached with a screw or something, so it's likely a repair job. Other than that Snakeman is in great condition and a nice addition to my growing Remco Warrior Beast army. Not bad for four bucks!

Mammy...grrr, Mammy...grrr!

Almost a decade before Ted Danson shocked Hollywood by pulling a similar boner, Grizzlor made a major faux paw (get it...HA!) and went out in public in blackface, causing the most embarrassment to hit the Masters of the Universe community since Prince Adam's experimental college years.

Actually, some Grizzlors were released with a darker face than the standard Grizzlor. Not sure all the history or what-not on that one, but you're on the internet - if you care to know, Google it. Sufficed to say, this darker faced Grizzlor is the harder to find variation of the figure.

Like everything out-of-the-ordinary I post here on Toyriffic, I found this guy at the swap meet. And like everything out-of-the-ordinary I post here on Toyriffic, I got him on the cheap - four bucks. Not bad for a variant MOTU figure (okay, so he's a Horde, but since I now own a Robin dolly, girl toys bother me less and less each day.)

Here he is in all his non-PC furry glory. His racism aside, Grizzlor is a pretty silly toy, all covered in ridiculous body fur and looking like a cross between a bear and bigfoot.

Grrr!

Here it comes, driving down the street...

...gets the funniest looks from, each Asylum inmate!

Hey hey it's the Batmobile!

HotWheelsCollectors.com finally revealed the Animated Batmobile (that I first reported about back in March) in all it's Hot Wheel glory! Set to be a basic release (hopefully that means no shortages!) this vehicle should be out some time this month!

I know I'll be buying all that I see.
